Sam Elliott is an advocate for labor rights and a seasoned leader in the labor/union/advocacy with 45 years experience in the field, e.g., labor law, organizing. He served as Staff Representative for the United Steelworkers for 20 years from 1995 to 2015 and also as an organizer for the SEIU for 7 years from 2016 to 2023. Sam is currently President of the Board of Directors at Worker Solidarity & Defense Foundation and is driven by a commitment to advance workers rights and ensure that unions continue to play a role in creating fair and equitable workplaces.

Filmmaker and author Justine Bateman has an award-winning, decades-long career in entertainment. Feature films are VIOLET, LOOK, and FEEL. Her best-selling books are FAME and FACE. She is the founder of CREDO 23, authenticating non-AI films and series, and festival director of the CREDO 23 Film Festival, the first non-AI film festival. She serves on the DGA Western Director’s Council, served on the SAG Board of Directors (2004-2007), struck as a WGA member in 2023, and struck and served as the AI advisor to SAG during the 2023 negotiations.

Steve McCourt is an advocate of responsible labor practices in the investment of retirement plan assets. Mr. McCourt joined Meketa Investment Group in 1994 and has over 30 years of investment experience. Mr. McCourt is Co‑Chief Executive Officer of the firm, providing a broad range of investment advice to institutional funds, with public, Taft‑Hartley, endowment, and non‑profit plan sponsors. He received his graduate degree, a Master of Liberal Arts (ALM) in history, from Harvard University, and his undergraduate degree in economics and political science from the University of Vermont.
